Using Spellbinders April Embossing Folder of the Month in two ways.
If you're someone who loves getting crafty and making personalized gifts for special occasions, then you’ll love this post! Creating these unique and personalized cards for your favorite couple is a wonderful way to show them how much you care and to give them something they'll cherish forever.

First of all, let's talk about materials. For this card, I used Spellbinder's April Embossing Folder of the Month in a couple of different ways. For the first card, I used the embossing folder in a more traditional way with Concord & 9th’s Pebble cardstock. I leveraged Spellbinders Be Bold Blooms to create the wreath in a soft pastel color palette of cream, white, grey, peach, and pink.

For the second card, I tried something new to me. I inked up one side of the embossing folder with VersaMark Ink before running it through my Gemini Junior. From there I used Ranger Embossing Powder Gold Tinsel. I then used a small paintbrush to brush off any areas that needed cleaning to that the embossing stood out more. This beautiful look reminds me of a Gold-Foiled Damask wallpaper. It turned out beautifully and is the perfect backdrop for the Spellbinders Forget Me Not Die Set—which makes this a perfect card for a more formal, and sophisticated affair.
Have a wonderful week and happy card-making! xoxo,
Wendy
