Simon Says Stamps - September Card Making Kit

It's always a good idea to have a handful of birthday cards on file for a special friend's birthday that always seems to pop up unexpectedly!

Continuing with my HBD to My Dear Friend post; I've been playing with Simon Says Stamps, Let's Celebrate Card Making Kit. I used the Simon Says Stamps Minted Floral Embossing Folder for the background with the Island Blue Card Stock included in the kit. For the sentiment, I leveraged the beautiful and bold Happy Birthday Stamp from the Let's Celebrate Clear Stamp Collection.

This is my first time using alcohol markers as well. With this card, I'm using Ohuhu's Pastel Alcohol Marker set along with Sakuru's White Gelly Pen for the small polka dots. I love the added texture it gives.
